文廷白副校长

Wenting Bai holds a Master of Education degree from Beijing Normal University. With 15 years of dedicated service at Tsinghua International School (THIS), she has progressed through roles including Chinese Language Teacher, Homeroom Teacher, Head of Chinese and Chinese History, Assistant Principal, and ultimately Vice Principal. Throughout her career, she has deeply engaged with international education, accumulating extensive experience in integrating Chinese and Western educational philosophies. Her expertise spans faculty development, curriculum design, event planning, and pedagogical innovation, all underpinned by a commitment to blending Eastern and Western educational practices.
