Lara Lin, Founding Vice Principal of Tsinglan School and Secretary to the Board of Directors, holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Hong Kong. With over 20 years of experience in education, she has worked across public and international school systems, spanning multiple grade levels and diverse academic pathways. During her tenure at Tsinghua University High School and international schools, she grew from a frontline teacher into a member of the leadership team. Widely appreciated by her students, she was recognized as a “Most Popular Teacher” and has received numerous awards for excellence in teaching and education at various levels. As a core member of Tsinglan School’s founding leadership team, she played a key role in building the school from the ground up and has witnessed its development at every stage.
